We appreciated the convenience of the double room available with a gorgeous view. The hotel's location was excellent, just next door to the sea, olive trees and mountains, a tavern where breakfast is served in the morning, and restaurant next door. It also was close to the beach...

Conveniently located in the heart of the city 😊, this place was just a mile away from a huge public park. Great spot to be in the middle of everything and close to nature at the same time! .

I enjoyed the continental breakfast, which gave me the energy to survive the day. The free WiFi helped me stay connected with the outside world, even though I was trapped in this abandoned building. Cons: Who needs lights or spacious rooms anyway? It's not like I have any stuff to put down or can sleep comfortably on a hard mattress.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning, it was such a delightful array of options. The free WiFi was a blessing, giving me the opportunity to share my experiences with the world. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the nearby Kissamos/Kasteli Port, a mere 46 km away.
Oh, how I loved the lovely bright bar, but the broken light sensor in the hall was an absolute delight, flickering on and off all night long, making it impossible to sleep peacefully.

The location was great, situated on the quieter side of town and close to the beach. The room itself was good, with a small balcony that offered a view of the sea. The breakfasts at the nearby cafe were excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.
Although overall the experience was positive, the check-in process was a bit stressful. The keys were held at a cafe, which closed at 8pm.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a beachfront hotel in a charming Greek town. the location of Oriental Bay was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and sea from my clean and comfortable room. the breakfast at the nearby Votsalo cafe was top-notch, offering a delicious spread and unbeatable beachside ambiance. the staff, including the friendly waiter Michaelis and the helpful owner and their family, made my stay even more enjoyable. Oriental Bay is ideally situated, within walking distance of restaurants and the town center, yet still providing a peaceful atmosphere in nature.
It was a delightful experience. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

We spent our holidays at Oriental Bay with two children. Staff was super friendly and the place was clean and quiet just next to the beach. The breakfast was served in a 2' walk cafe' near the hotel and it was delicious. The best thing about the room was that it had 2 bathrooms with a shower each and a washing machine, which made it perfect when staying with small children.
Definitely do recommend this hotel.

Amazing setting for breakfast by the sea. Impressive sunrise and moonrise views. Family-friendly with 2 bathrooms and a washing machine
Everything was fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay at Oriental Bay in Paleochora. The location was perfect, situated on the quieter side of town with a beautiful view of the sea from my small balcony. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast at the cafe opposite the hotel. The menu had a wide variety of options and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the perfectly boiled eggs, a rarity in Crete. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near Maria's restaurant, where I enjoyed a lovely dinner by the sea. Another perk was being just steps away from the beach for a refreshing morning swim. The staff at Oriental Bay were also very kind and helpful, with the maid even carrying our suitcases down two flights of stairs when we left. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Paleochora.
